Challenge: Position the Gleason YMCA as a welcoming and inclusive space, dispelling fears of judgment based on appearance or skill, and inviting more people to embrace the gym experience confidently.


Idea: Show Gleason YMCA members that their needs are always top-of-mind, and their fitness needs are thoroughly understood. This concept details the way the YMCA drives personal train and small-group sessions based on their member’s needs and preferences.
